Matthew is a tremendous resources for voyagers needing to reconnect or refit, local yacht owners, buyers and sellers, and out-of-state or international clients seeking to explore the Pacific Northwest’s unique maritime geography. Matthew believes that boats are the best vehicles for exploring the world. He comes by this belief honestly having studied Polynesian prehistory and migration in Australia and as a graduate in Economic Geography from Dartmouth College. Studies led to a lifelong pursuit of these amazing craft in all of their ancient and modern incarnations. Matthew has sailed the waters of the Salish Sea aboard all manner of yachts for more than 25 years. He has promoted, constructed, and brokered boats worldwide. Matthew loves to help herd boats to the Pacific and is delighted to share his knowledge and experience with clients.
