The Enchanting “Sirena” 2015 Helia 44 Owner’s Version

Starting with the generous sugar scoops, it’s easy to board this big, bright and beautiful catamaran. Entering the cockpit area, you get a sense of 5 star luxury with plenty of entertainment and lounging space including a fainting couch. Just a few steps up to join the skipper and/or maneuver the lines - all conveniently ran out from underfoot in a tidy storage space. A few more steps up and you enter the bikini lounge area perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the view. Easy access to the coach top keeps things looking yachtie!

Ample deck space all around the yacht makes it easy to move around with plenty of hand holds. Forward you will find even more comfortable cushions for star gazing as well as the perfect dolphin viewing seats port and starboard.

Entering through the wide aluglass sliding-door (no step) to the saloon area, the first thing you notice is the panoramic view. The two ample portholes forward allow for plenty of ventilation and double as serving windows to the party outside. The “L” shaped galley looks aft so the chef can still be included and the is plenty of counter space for prep work.  The table seats 8 and can be convers into a double berth. A separate nav stations is big enough to spread out paper charts as well as store needed equipment.

The starboard hull is dedicated entirely to the owner’s stateroom. With a desirable island style bed, you have easy access to both sides. There is a private lounge area midships that can also be used as a home office. The bathroom has a large sink, plenty of counter space and a separate shower area. BONUS: Washing machine!

The two comfortable guest cabins are located starboard and mirror each other with double size bed and ensuite head.
